NeuroArts Academy’s Half-Day Autism Early Learning Program offers a warm, play-based early learning intervention for children ages 3–5 with autism and intellectual/learning disabilities. Held Thursdays from 8am - 12pm, our program combines relationship-based therapies, creative expression, and skill-building in a supportive, neuro-affirming environment designed to nurture each child’s growth.

At NeuroArts, your child will experience a morning filled with engaging activities thoughtfully structured to support their developmental and social-emotional growth:

• Free Play with Social Learning: Children freely interact and build peer relationships, with gentle adult guidance available to support problem-solving and social skills.
• Guided Play Centers: Purposeful play stations and interactive games promote targeted learning and skill development, including early academic or gifted academic skills.
• Group Music Therapy: Creative, themed sessions foster social interaction, communication skills, teamwork, and self-expression.
• Life Skills Development: Practical activities support everyday independence skills, including personal care, self-safety, and environmental awareness.
• Outdoor and Gross Motor Activities: Structured outdoor play encourages physical activity, coordination, and exploration.
• Snack and Social Time: Healthy snack provided to promote social connections and interaction.
• Weekly Parent Support Session: Each week includes a dedicated 30-minute parent support session to enhance family involvement and continuity of care.
• Individual Therapies: Delivered as outlined in each child’s Therapy Support Plan (TSP), integrated into their day as needed.
